TITLE IX POLICY STATEMENT

As part of its commitment to providing a safe, inclusive, and respectful educational and employment environment for its students, faculty and staff, Keuka College does not discriminate on the basis of sex in any educational program or activity that it operates as required by Title IX of the Educational Amendments Act of 1972 (“Title IX”), including in admissions and employment.  

To ensure compliance with federal, state, and local civil rights laws and regulations, and to affirm its commitment to promoting the goals of fairness and equity in all aspects of the education program or activity.

Inquiries about Title IX may be referred to Keuka College’s Title IX Coordinator, the
U.S. Department of Education’s Office for Civil Rights (OCR) or both.
